Living in HOPE 

In life, we can find ourselves in situations lost without direction, which may bring much darkness, feelings of hopelessness and helplessness. These times can be hard to navigate and move through. When we find ourselves in these circumstances we can ask, where do we find or put our HOPE? Some can find hope in and from friends and family or medical professionals and treatment. Others from media, such as music, movies or tv shows. For myself, it's a combination of all of the above but I also have a hope and Faith in Jesus Christ. My Faith has seen me through some really hard times in life. Both physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. When everything has been out of my control, my Faith has been an anchor of hope and a light in the darkness. 

"Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen". Hebrews 11:1 NKJV
